Psycook is a primary prevention initiative with a goal to lessen the burden of mental health challenges within our communities. Initially aimed at bringing awareness of mental health issues among women, the initiative has grown to other community stakeholders such as men, youth, couples etc.   Participants get together in small groups to share narratives on mental wellness;  using culinary art as an interaction medium.
